Notably, Jennifer's most prominent and long-term engagement in the field of internationalization of higher education was as a Senior Programme Manager at the International Relations Office of Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. Her accomplishments included complete restructuring and re-vamping the international office; developing multiple innovative customized Study in India programs; streamlining international admissions; developing strategic partnerships for TISS; facilitating international mobility for students and faculty; developing documentation and reporting systems and many more. 

Similarly, Jennifer's work at Terna Group as a Senior Manager for the International Relations Office (IRO) focused on building strategic alliances with international universities. She played a pivotal role in supporting the international recruitment, streamlining admission processes, and establishing international partnerships. Her contributions extended to leading engineering admissions, content development, and alumni engagement.
